AppSaid
One HTTP request. A rich HTML notification on your phone. Self-hosted push messaging you own end to end.
§ What it is
AppSaid is a self-hosted, Pushover-style notification service. Any script, CI job, or system can POST a notification and have it delivered — as safely-rendered HTML — to a clean mobile inbox. The principle is simple: your keys, your data, your phone.
§ Why it’s ours
- Send from anything — it’s just an HTTP POST.
- Reliable by design — a queue with retries and a dead-letter queue; a database as the record of truth so every message’s delivery status is reconcilable.
- Safe HTML — server-side sanitization makes semi-trusted HTML safe to render natively, with priority levels up to time-sensitive alerts.
A shared primitive across the studio — it’s how Anamanti
reaches your phone.
§ How it’s built
A single Cloudflare Worker is both the HTTP API and the queue consumer, using D1, Queues, and KV, with FCM (HTTP v1) delivering to Android and iOS. A Flutter viewer app handles onboarding, push registration, and rich rendering.
